​In the Winterweek a combination of lectures, practical sessions and stimulating discussions is provided by experts in the field of Regional Anesthesia and Acute and Chronic Pain management. The venue of the congress allows also discussions and professional interaction outside the congress during active sports and leisure and contributes to the open and relaxing atmosphere of this congress.
The lectures are state of the art lectures of new developments and knowledge in regional anesthesia and pain management. The workshops provide practical knowledge and skills which can be directly applied in daily practice. New developments relating not only to regional anesthesia but which may also be applied in other fields of anesthesia are also discussed and taught.​

TO RECEIVE YOUR CME/CPD CERTIFICATE 

The CME/CPD certificate will be available after completing the online evaluation and credit claiming procedure. The process takes about 5 minutes. We thank you for your feedback as it is an important part of CME/CPD accreditation and helps improve future educational offerings.

Before February 20, 2017:

  • Develop individual expertise in the use of ultrasound in managing regional anesthesia related complications.
  • Enhance dialogue between clinicians and researchers about the role of paravertebral block in breast surgery: evidence based indications and techniques.

From Innsbruck's airport you can reach the Ötztal by train. All regional trains stop in Ötztal Bahnhof at the entrance to the valley. From there you take the public bus line or a taxi.

Travelling by train is more flexible and relaxing than you imagine. The trains of Austria's ÖBB or Germany's DB railway companies take you safely to Tirol. Simply book your train ticket online and head for unforgettable days in the Ötztal.

You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi - which takes you directly to your accommodation in the valley.​
